The best way to hand over your recorder for a repair
 I have prepared a repair order as a PDF form and put it online. Please fill in the form, print it and include it in your parcel. This helps me to identify your problems and wishes regarding your instrument.
Please send your instrument in an unbreakable package!
If it is possible, you can use the shipment label I have put online, but please do not forget to fill in the sender address!
If you want an estimate, I will inform you after I have examined the instrument. Please give a daytime phone number at which I can reach you.
I am at your disposal for a personal advice or one by phone.
You will get back your instrument via mail as soon as possible after my professional repair.
